All items here are handmade and we strive for high quality items. We want our customers to be happy so if you have any questions about our products, please don't hesitate to ask before purchasing. The most common issue could arise due to ordering the wrong size. Please double check with our product descriptions to ensure you order the right size. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We accept refunds/cancelations within 24 hours of order made.
To start a refund/cancelation, please contact teenytinytotsbowtique@yahoo.com within 24 hours of order being made.
Once I have received refund/cancelation request, I will review all information during business hours Monday-Friday.
Once refund/cancelation has been accepted, a refund will be sent to original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 business days for this transaction to be completed. You will get a refund/confirmation email from teenytinytotsbowtique@yahoo.com.
